I’m a documentary filmmaker from China, currently studying at Aalto University in Finland. My work explores the quiet tensions between people and places, often through themes of intimacy, memory, and emotional distance. I’m drawn to moments that feel suspended in time—what’s unsaid, overlooked, or quietly revealing.

This portfolio includes two short films, selected photographs, and an ongoing documentary project that looks at alcohol, vulnerability, and human connection from both a personal and social perspective.

I’m an intuitive and reflective storyteller with a strong visual sensibility. I value patience, curiosity, and sincerity in both filmmaking and collaboration. Having lived and studied across different cultures, I bring an open, attentive perspective to the people and places I film.
